Students build confidence through animal interaction
Move over Willow, the St Luke's school dog has some new competition! We are delighted to welcome Chloe's Farm to St Luke's Academy. Based in Swindon, Chloe's Mobile Farm provides fun, educational and therapeutic experiences with a variety of farm animals. Many have been rescued or rehomed, and their welfare is at the heart of everything Chloe's Farm does. Students benefit from learning about animals while enjoying the positive impact on wellbeing, confidence and emotional development.
Headteacher, Tom Green said;
"We are always looking for new ways to support our students’ wellbeing and personal development. Chloe’s Farm provides a superb opportunity for our young people to learn, build confidence and experience the therapeutic benefits that animals can bring."
