PASTORAL INTERVENTION SUCCESS
Here at St. Luke’s Academy, the pastoral team have been working hard to offer a unique environment from which to support our Students in developing good mental health, resilience and in building positive relationships. Even for the students that are unable to attend school, we can offer these interventions using TEAMs.
Miss Potter completed the first online intervention with a student via TEAMs. This was incredibly positive and effective. Our students benefited from this support and was engaged throughout the whole session.
Miss Fusco offered a successful one to one intervention with Kayden in Food Tech. Kayden worked hard on reading the recipe, following all instructions and being safe in the kitchen. All this whilst having fun making a pizza and building positive relationships.
