Catering have been really busy!
We did a lots of multitasking like if we were in a commercial kitchen cooking as part of a restaurant. We planned and cooked a 3 course meal:
- Potato skins as a starter
- Gammon, mixed vegetables and parmentier potatoes as a main
- Chocolate brownies and homemade ice cream for dessert
To make the ice cream we used condensed milk cream and vanilla, and the ice cream set, which pleased us!
