Catering and Food Technology Class Update Term 3 Week 3

We have had a cracking time !!

In food technology we have been looking at how heat can change the structure of an egg.

We cooked 4 different types of eggs:

  • boiled
  • poached
  • fried
  • and scrambled

We taste tested and analysed them against, appearance, texture and taste. We had a few dropped eggs ... Ooopps !!

Miss Fusco's fun fact !! "did you know that if you put salt on a spilt egg it's easier to clean up!!
