Catering option classes -1 and 3 have been making homemade meatballs.

To make sure we have cooked them thoroughly we used a probe thermometer to check the core temperature, it had to be 75oc or above.

Mr Green popped his head in and was excited to give the probe a go! He thought that because the outside was cooked that the meatballs were ready, the students soon informed him that that's not always the case. "No eating a BBQ at Mr Greens house! "
